Have you seen this man? Police are looking for Matli Ntoeba alias Mathata in connection with cases of murder and attempted murder in 2014 and 2015. Ntoeba is also wanted in Lesotho in connection with the murder of a police official.

Ntoeba is the leader of a group called the ‘Russians’ and ‘Seakhi,’ who have adopted a uniform of black blankets. He was last seen in the vicinity of Wolseley. Police warn that he may be using different names at the moment.
