Sasha (in red) and Amelia meet. Photos by Marnette Meyer
This is the tale of two puppies.
Sasha (3 months) was rescued in Du Noon a while ago by Peanut Animal Welfare. On Saturday she found a home.
She also met Amelia, who at 4 months promises to become a big girl. Amelia’s a softie, good with children and other animals. And she tried to make friends with the little one …
But to no avail. The little one was cheeky. Amelia took it on her chin.
She had a rough start in life. She was rescued from a puppy seller at Canal Walk, and had to be nursed back to health by Peanut. But now she’s fine.
Unfortunately she did not find her furever home on
Saturday.
