Just what the doctor, ahem, people, ordered! Bato Way in Melkbosstrand is going to get a much anticipated stop sign. According to Councillor Nora Grose the stop sign will be placed at the bottom of Bato Way entering into the M14.

The current situation was described in a letter to Grose that lead to her getting the go-ahead for the stop sign: “There are no yield or stop signs, nor any other road traffic signs on this road. And unfortunately this often leads to unruly and very dangerous driving on these roads that often have children cycling, skating, playing and cats and dogs traversing etc. in it.”
