An argument about a rock in a garden caused a Northern Cape man to murder his cousin.
On Monday Karel Katz (37) was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for stabbing his cousin Lucas Rooibaatjies (25). The murder took place on 8 January in Campbell in the Northern Cape when the cousins began arguing about the removal and disposal of a rock in the garden.
Katz was sentenced in the Douglas Regional Court on Monday, 10 October. Detective Constable Algene Son of Campbell SAPS Detective Unit was lauded for a job well done.
