2 Accidents, 1 Day, Same Place…Things went haywire at the R27 and M19 intersection traffic lights today.

The day started off with a head-on collision and by late afternoon, there was another accident. A motorist who did not brake in time collided into the back of one of the Melkbosstrand police vans. There were no injuries.

A head-on collision took place at the same traffic light this morning. According to South African Paramedics spokesperson Warren Cupido two people were injured. The injured were taken by ambulance to the hospital. Cupido thanked Netcare 911, Cape Road Assist, Cape Town Fire and Rescue and LimaCharlie1 for their assistance.
