A traumatised employee told officers that three men, of whom one had a firearm, approached him inside the premises around 10:00. The complainant ran to press the panic button but was prevented from doing so by one of the suspects who forced him to the ground, and threathened him with the firearm.
Locked inside a room

After half an hour the victims heard their colleagues inside the restaurant and shouted for help. They were freed and immediately pressed the panic button.
