A truck overturned on the N7 near Vissershok just before 7 this morning. South African Paramedics spokesperson Warren Cupido says, “One patient was rescued after ending up in the river below.”

The rescue operation was conducted by South African paramedics, Metro Rescue, EMS, Limacharlie1 and traffic. Rescue teams attended to trapped people on the scene.
